At Lokanta, we are dedicated to bringing the authentic flavors of Turkey and the Mediterranean right to your doorstep. Our meal plan subscription service offers the convenience of a 4-course, ready-to-eat meal delivered to your door every Monday and Wednesday, free of charge. We take pride in using the freshest ingredients and traditional Turkish recipes to craft each meal, ensuring a delicious and satisfying dining experience. In addition to our meal plans, we also offer a wide selection of mouthwatering mezzes that can be ordered individually. From stuffed vine leaves to savory boreks, our mezzes are perfect for those who want to savor the taste of Turkey in the comfort of their own home.
  • Where is your location?
    We serve our meals directly to your door from our professional kitchen in Vancouver. We do not have a physical restaurant location as we are a delivery-only service. So, sit back, relax, and let Lokanta bring the taste of Turkey to you.
  • How do I subscribe to your meal plans?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Browse: Browse through our weekly and monthly meal plan subscription options! 2. Message: Send us a direct message on our social media accounts with your name, phone number and delıvery address 3. Payment: We take payments in the form of Interac E-transfer to lokanta@lokantabc.ca. Let us know when you are ready to order! 4. Delivery: Enjoy meal plan delivery to your door at no additional costs! We have free delivery for our meal plan subscribers on Mondays and Wednesdays from UBC Campus all the way to Metrotown on Monday and Wednesday! Ask us to have your meal delivered outside of our free delivery zone! Our delivery time depends on delivery address. See our delivery zone below.

    We take pride in our specialization in Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine. Our chefs are experts in the art of creating delicious and authentic dishes that capture the essence of the region's culinary traditions. We use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to bring out the true flavors of each dish, with a focus on using traditional techniques and spices to create the perfect blend of taste and aroma.
  • How many meals are included in your weekly meal plan subscriptions?
    Our weekly meal plan subscription includes 4 meals in total from Monday to Thursday.
  • How many meals are included in your monthly meal plan subscriptions?
    Our monthly meal plan subscriptions include meal plan delivery for 4 weeks.
  • Can you provide information about the areas within your meal plan delivery zone?
    Our meal plan delivery service offers free delivery to our subscribers on Mondays and Wednesdays from UBC Campus to Metrotown If you reside outside of our free delivery zone, we encourage you to contact us to arrange delivery using Uber Connect. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request and provide you with a personalized delivery plan. We strive to make our meal plans accessible to as many individuals as possible and are committed to delivering our delicious and healthy meals right to your doorstep.   • Are your meal plan deliveries free?
    Yes! We are dedicated to provide free delivery to our meal plan subscribers within our delivery zone from UBC Campus to Burnaby Metrotown! You can find our free delivery zone below. For addresses outside our delivery zone, we have a delivery fee based on your location.
  • How can I subscribe to your meal plan if I live outside your delivery zone?
    We provide two options for our customers who live outside our delivery zone: 1. For our customers who live outside our delivery zone we can arrange their one-time pickup of all of their weekly meals within our delivery zone. 2. We work with Uber Connect, we are able to send our meals to our customer's address for a small delivery fee.
  • How do I make a payment for meal plan subscriptions or meze orders?
    To make a payment for your meal plan subscription or meze order, we accept Interac e-transfer to lokanta@lokantabc.ca. Interac e-transfer is a fast and secure way to transfer money directly from your bank account to ours. To make a payment, simply log in to your online banking, select the Interac e-transfer option, and enter our email address as the recipient. The amount of your order can be entered as the transfer amount, and you can include any necessary information or special instructions in the message field. Once we receive your Interac e-transfer payment, we will process your order and let you know whether everything is in order. It's that easy! Place your order today, and rest assured that your payment will be safe, secure, and hassle-free!
  • Are you halal?
    Yes, all meats we use in our meals are halal!
  • How do I order your mezes?
    Our comprehensive meze menu is readily available on our website. Should you wish to place an order, we kindly request that you share with us your list of desired mezes along with your delivery address at least two days in advance of your intended delivery date.
